Introduction

AsiaTech Data Transmission Company – member of AbrarArsh group Investment companies- was established at 2003 in order to provide new services in Information technology industry and succeeded to obtain the Neda (PAP) license from the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology. Employing specialized staff and cooperating with major international companies, AsiaTech has developed an appropriate platform in XDSL, wireless, etc. and through providing services such as, high-speed internet, dedicated bandwidth, and virtual private network it became one of the best operators in the country. There are currently more than 1,000 telecommunication centers in various cities of the country with a capacity of 500,000 ports under AsiaTech Data Transmission Company’s dedicated broadband network access coverage.

We believe that the leadership style, customer relationship and optimal management of human capital in the framework of quality management system on the basis of ISO9001 standard, customer relationship management system on the basis of ISO10001.ISO10002.ISO10003.ISO10004 standards and staff training management system on the basis of ISO10015 standard is the key to solve problems in all areas of trade. Also, in order to create an appropriate context for the operation of the organization's mission and to achieve the outlined outlook we have idolized ISO20000 standard for IT service management.
